Yes, you can book an appointment, just send us an e-mail. We have two vehicles — a 4-passenger sedan and a 6-passenger minivan. From or to the airport, the price is 34 euros for a sedan and 50 euros for a minivan. From or to the train station, the price is 10 euros for a sedan and 15 euros for a minivan. From or to the bus station, the price is 20 euros for a sedan and 30 euros for a minivan.

We check in from 14:00. Check out until 11:00. Check out before 16:00 costs 50 euros. Check out after 16:00 costs the full amount per night.

If you are alone, you can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. If you cancel later, you have to pay for one night. If you have a group reservation (5 rooms or more), you can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. Otherwise, you have to pay for one night.

Yes, a child under 6 y.o. is entitled to free accommodation. Older children pay for accommodation as adults.

Smoking in the rooms is categorically prohibited. We only have one room with a balcony where you can smoke but only with the door closed.

Living with any pets is prohibited at our hotel.

Yes, we have a loyalty program. If you book us for the second time or more, you can enter your email into the booking system, which generates a special price with a discount for you.

It depends on who will be at the reception at the time of your arrival. We have an international team and we speak in Czech, English, Russian, Arabic, Polish, Serbian, German and Italian. Also a little bit French and Spanish.
